Help with a Necro curse build
I consider myself a pretty good MM, but every once in a while minions just isn't going to work. When that happens I switch to curses, but I have never been satified with any builds.
Any sugestions?
Thanks

arcane echo, spiteful spirit, parasitic bond, and well of blood, shadow strike, awaken the blood, res sig, rend enchantments
fun
put spiteful spirit on an attacking creature, and the echoed copy on another, spam parasitic
16 curse
9 blood (awaken provides +2, well of blood hits +5 at 11)
9-11 soul reap (the rest, use a superior rune if you can handle -150 health)

Not like curses is all about SS you know... There is perfectly viable non-SS curse builds. Just one of the many examples would be spreading degen around.
Blood/Curses - min 12 ea
Reaping - the rest
1- Faint
2- Siphon
3- Malaise
4- Parasitic Bond
5- Suffering
6- OoB (E)
7- whatever
8- Res Sig
This build cause massive collateral degen.
On a side note... you talking PvE or PvP here. (What I'm suggestion is PvP)

Thanks for all of your sugguestions.
I used your builds as a starting of point, and put together one that works for me.
1 SS
2 Suffering
3 Parasitic Bond
4 Life Siphon
5 Rotting Flesh
6 Vampiric Gaze/plague sending
7 Well of Blood
8 Rebirth
Curses at 16
Soul and blood at 9
Death at 8
This is a good build for PvE, when I PvP I replace rotting flesh with archane echo.
Oddly enough this only works with my Bonelace, when I wear Necrotic Armor, this build gets me killed.

With Rotting Flesh in there it looks like you are spreading you atrributes pretty thin. I would drop it and replace it Blood Renewal as a self heal.

I agree with Unchain about the attribute spread. Lose the points in Death Magic and reallocate them Into Blood Magic.
I run a similar build when I run Curses.
~Edit - this is a PvE build
1. Parasitic Bond
2. Spiteful Spirit
3. Enfeebling Blood
4. Vampiric Gaze
5. Desecrate Enchantments
6. Suffering
7. Malaise
8. Rebirth
I don't see any point in using Archane Echo with SS. SS recharges fast enough that Arcane Echo isn't so much needed. Archane Echo + Feast of Corruption, now that's fun.

Wel one reason to use Echo with SS is that while it charges fast it is most effective when put on every enemy in the group as fast as possible. You get those two instant casts of it off the jump and now you're doing 82 damage everytime they both attack. It adds up fast. I mean for most of your enemy groups you won't need it but for the larger ones or for those with good self heals it helps to have that SS slammed over everything.

I guess I'm not a big fan of the recharge of Archane Echo. I certainly see your point, though. I just prefer to use that skill slot for another curse. I'll try echoing SS more and see if I change my mind.
